We all want to be successful, and one way to do so is to discover the habits that will help us along the way. As part of this course, we will go over the concept of perception and how it affects employees, patients and Innercare. The perception someone constructs can become their reality, and it could prevent people from having healthy conversations with each other. Understanding the importance of perception allows us to act appropriately within our environment while also creating our own experience of the world around us.
